Phips monitor not compatable with latest Windows 11 upgrades

I used  HP Slim Desktop S01-pF2008a Bundle PC (6X1K8PA with Philips 228E2UAE monitor without problems for 8 months

The monitor then started flashing about every 8 seconds

The monitor was returned to Philips but when returned had exactly the same fault. I am told that the smart image settings on the monitor are changed automatically by windows to game mode which causes the Flashing. .

Philips advise that the problem is a windows update fault and not their monitor ( which is now useless )

Is there any way of rectifying this problem

    Thanks for reply

I went DEVICE MANAGER - MONITORRS - PHILIPS - DRIVERS - DISABLE DEVICE.

Has worked perfectly since including several restarts even though shows disabled

The Game Mode in the link provided by Philips refers to the Game Mode built into the system, which does not seem to be related to the "Game" Mode of the monitor you mentioned.

The content provided by the Volunteer Moderator in that thread includes the channel to obtain a specific version of Windows and corresponding ideas for obtaining a specific version of Windows system image file.

We are not able to directly provide third-party tools and how to use them accordingly.

You can invite other people (family members or offline computer service support stores) to assist you in downloading and installing the system image for a particular version of Windows.
