Cannot delete Norton Security Files

Greetings all,

I am having an issue with deleting my norton security files. What I have tried so far is in sequence of how I went about it. I am in my own PC and my user profile has admin rights. I did restart my laptop as well. OS is Win 11 Home, version 23H2

1. Attempted to delete normally, getting "Folder Access Denied" pop-up.
2. Right-clicking file and going to properties>security>Edit "Verified that I have the correct permissions"
3. Right-clicking file and going to properties>security>advanced "Checked my effective access and verified that my admin permissions are all listed, and did not see any in "Access Limited by" column.
4. Same location as above, under "Permissions" tab, my access is only at "read & execute".
5. I have attempted at adding an "everyone" to the permissions, "Disabling the inheritance (none of this worked either, access denied due to permissions)
6. Short of just throwing out the drive and microwaving it, I am resetting my PC back to factory to see if this fixes anything.
