Hi, Daniel
I'm sorry to learn that none of these suggestions apply to your situation, for which you can try the additional suggestions below to see if they help solve the problem:
- Driver Signature Enforcement: Windows has a feature called "Driver Signature Enforcement" that prevents the installation of unsigned drivers. Let's disable it for now:
- Restart your computer.
- Press Shift + Restart (or hold down the Shift key while clicking Restart in the Start menu).
- Select Troubleshooting > Advanced Options > Startup Settings.
- Select Disable Driver Signature Enforcement (usually option 7 or F7).
- Restart the computer again.
- Now try to install the driver again.
- Use Intel® Driver and Support Assistant:
- Download and install Intel® Driver and Support Assistant from the official Intel website.
- Run the tool and let it scan your system for outdated or missing drivers.
- If it detects any issues related to the Wi-Fi network card, follow its recommendations to update the driver.
- Try installing a different version of the adapted Intel NIC driver to see if the problem persists.
- Hardware Check: Make sure the Wi-Fi network card is properly installed in the slot on the motherboard. If possible, try to install the card in a different PCIe slot.
I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
Best Regards
