I keep getting "ask for permission" popups even though I shouldn't from Microsoft Family Safety/Group

Hi. When I was younger, I was part of a microsoft family group. My parents could that way track how much time I spent on my pc and so on. Now I am far beyond 18 years old, but I keep getting popup-windows telling me that I need to ask for permission to use the calendar, email and xbox. Today, when I turned on my pc, the first thing that happend after signing in was that a window poped up telling me I needed to ask for permission to use Xbox, before I even had done anything on my pc. I have gotten these popups so many times now that I am sick of it. It seems like they show up randomly, soI don't know what triggers them.

When I go to https://account.microsoft.com/family/home it doesn't show that I am part of a family anymore, so I can't remove myself from it.

Help is greatly appreciated.

    Hello JJoohhaa,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

After I have thoroughly read everything you have posted here, I quite understand your needs at this moment.

I believe that you're older than 18, so try going directly to the Microsoft account home page:

    Microsoft account | Your profile

At here, please check if you can manually change the date of birth in your account by clicking "Edit profile info":

If you still see the "Request permission" pop-up, but in fact your account does not belong to any family group, then I recommend that you contact the Family Safety Support team directly, as they have the authority to investigate your account, but we do not.

I can guide you on how to connect with them:

1.Use your private Microsoft account to access the links below:

    Contact - Microsoft Support

2.Type in "Family Safety", then press Enter and click "Contact Support" at the bottom:

    3.Select Microsoft 365 and office:

4.You will see contact details for Chat support and phone support, please contact them during business hours.
