Hello, I'm having issues with my computer randomly losing its display while playing games.

Out of nowhere, my computer would just lose monitor display and be unresponsive at all. I've tested replugging and changing the location of the DisplayPort cable but it doesnt really seem to do anything. Opening up Reliability History, here are two logs from my previous two crashes:

If anyone could help me interpret this, I'd be very thankful.

Thanks for taking the time to read my plight.

Please ensure Driver Verifier is now disabled.

Driver Verifier indicates it is the Steam Streaming Microphone driver causing your system to crash, is there some option in Steam to disable or remove the Steam Streaming Microphone?

I have done as you have said, unfortunately I couldn't get it to crash 3 times. It BSOD twice on boot, and then windows automatically did a self repair.

Attached in the OneDrive are my two minidumps - https://1drv.ms/f/c/08c34669d4d44d46/EqnhFx12_0NAi7x5ZESiSN8Bd2LIkjSK1roqtBJy5mKmEw?e=c7KHKl

To try to force Windows 10 show any faulting drivers, the best option would be to turn on Driver Verifier, let your PC crash 3 times, then you must turn off Driver Verifier, and finally, upload any newly created minidump files

Before you run Driver Verifier, please create a new System Restore Point

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

Note, if you have any difficulty getting into Windows with Driver Verifier enabled:

Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

    Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Settings and click Restart

Upon restart, press 4 to enter Safe Mode

Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run these two commands, then restart your PC.

    verifier /reset

    verifier /bootmode resetonbootfail

I've managed to find that running Heaven Benchmark causes a crash intstantly.

I've also gotten the following in my event viewer -

The device driver for the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) encountered a non-recoverable error in the TPM hardware, which prevents TPM services (such as data encryption) from being used. For further help, please contact the computer manufacturer.

Is there any test I could do to confirm that it could be a physical GPU problem?

I've had my GPU since 2019 and could it just be a failure of aging? I haven't had these problems last month and only really started popping up this month.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Completely remove the current graphics card device driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturer's website to download and install their recommended version of the graphics card device driver.

A slightly older version of that driver is more stable than the latest version.
