I am experiencing difficulty accessing the Realtek Audio Console app. Whenever I attempt to open it, I receive an error message stating, "Can't open app. Check the Windows Store for more info about Realtek Audio Console." Despite reinstalling the app from the Microsoft Store, the issue persists. I would greatly appreciate your guidance on resolving this matter so that I can access the Realtek Audio Console.

OS - Windows 11 Home Single Language

Thank you for your assistance.

Sincerely, Aravind!

Kindly uninstall the Realtek Audio Console app. Please try this if it helps.

    Open Microsoft Edge

    Please try to visit https://store.rg-adguard.net/

In the drop-down list menu on the right side, select Retail

    Search for:

    https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9p2b8mcsvpln?...

    Click the check mark.

    Download: RealtekSemiconductorCorp.RealtekAudioControl_1.51.325.0_neutral_~_dt26b99r8h8gj.appxbundle (8.76 MB)

    Kind regards,

It functioned well on Windows 10, but after upgrading to Windows 11 in Jan 2024, the issue arose.
