I really have an issue with Windows 10 update force feeding me software and/or "features" that YOU find helpful that I do NOT want on my computer. I'm totally in agreement that having system updates is a necessity, but I do not want "extra" software being pushed through on a cumulative update that has no bearing on the health of my system. At the very least, you could ASK me if I want to include additional software instead of just blatently making that decision FOR ME.

This update is not able to install on my Windows 10 machine, just like the previous 2 updates (error 0x80070643, and yes I tried all the fixes from Microsoft). Winver : 22H2 19045.3803
Whatever Microsoft broke in Windows Update, they need to fix ASAP. It's been over 3 or 4 months now. How long are users going to be exposed for security risks I wonder? How many times must users force their computers to shut down because Windows Update will run endlessly trying to install updates it cannot install when shutting down your computer? It's almost meme time at this point.

Oh and no, a manual install will also fail.

My computer started taking this update 3hrs ago, it has said Cleaning Up 100% complete for at least 30 minutes. It should at least give a time to update or restart. I haven't been able to work all day

I think you mean if you install this update you will not have a trouble free computer experience. Literally this update broke my PC and many others. Microsoft needs to rollout a fix if they want people to keep this update. I had to roll it back and pause updates my PC was so broken after it. Fix it!!!

Firefox stopped working, Spotify stopped working, taskbar was missing, settings apps would not open. Made my computer absolutely unusable.
