Hi, I'm unable to change my desktop wallpaper on Windows 10. When I right-click on an image and select "Set as desktop background," nothing happens. I've tried accessing the Personalization settings as well, but the wallpaper options are greyed out. Can someone please help me understand why I'm unable to change my wallpaper and how to fix this?
