This solution worked for me - Go to Settings -> Bluetooth & devices -> Devices -> More Bluetooth Settings -> Show the Bluetooth Icon in the Notification Area (must be tick marked) -> Apply.
Bluetooth Icon Windows 11
I cannot get the Bluetooth icon to appear on the taskbar, either displayed on the taskbar or in the hidden icons window.
I have enabled Bluetooth in Taskbar Settings under "Other System Tray Settings".
I have gone into "Bluetooth and Devices" settings and ticked "Show the Bluetooth icon in the notification area". I have disabled everything in this window and then clicked "Restore Defaults" which puts the tick back in but nothing happens in the taskbar.
I have re-booted the computer twice and still I cannot get the Bluetooth icon to appear.
I have just recently upgraded from Windows 10 Home to Windows 11 Home Ver 22H2. I was able to see the icon when using Windows 10.
Does anyone have any other suggestions as to what I can do?

2024-04-17T18:13:29+00:00 I had the same issue and was able to show the Bluetooth icon by following "Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & other devices > More devices > More Bluetooth options. In Bluetooth Settings, check the box for Show the Bluetooth icon in the notification area."
I will say this....Good Lord! Windows 11 has become like the MacOS.....you have to Google such things. Windows used to be so intuitive.

2024-01-02T02:18:20+00:00 Hello Dave! My name is Abdullah, and I will assist you today.
I am sorry to know that you are experiencing this issue. This sounds more like the Bleutooth driver needs to be updated as you just upgraded from Windows 10 to Widows 11. Please update the Bluetooth driver via Device Manager:
