Hello! I'm Jen, and I'd be happy to help you out with this issue.

May I ask if you're using a laptop or a desktop PC? If you're using a laptop, check if there's a sliding switch on the side of the laptop or a slider for a shutter and make sure it's switched ON. Then, go into Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Cameras > Under Connected Cameras, click on your Camera > Click Enable. Then, make sure to allow Camera Access in Settings. Click Start > Settings > Privacy & Security > Under App Permissions, click Camera > Turn on "Camera access" and "Let apps access your camera".

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I'll be glad to assist you further.

    Best Regards!

    Jen :)

try enabling your camera first using shortcut (different laptop might have different shortcut, mine is FN key + F10)
