Hello, I ran into a problem with my keyboard and the problem is that whenever I type any of bottom row keys such as “z,x,c,v,b,n,m,” it types in “|ZXCVBNM<>?” and I just need some advice on how to fix it.

    Hello, this is Emily.

Do you observe the sme issue if you use on-screen keyboard, or external keyboard like via USB or bluetooth? That can help narrow down the issue. Often times debris build up on the circuit under the keys can lead to issue similiar to this.

So the issue is only with this particular USB keyboard, right? If so, I am afraid you have a defected USB keyboad. Do you have a different keyboard to try?

Thank you for your suggestions. I've tested with the on-screen keyboard, and it still works fine. I'm currently using an external keyboard via USB and the issue persists. I've also cleaned my keyboard, but the problem continues to happen.
