Hi. My name is Lester, and I am an Independent Advisor. I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue. I'd be more than happy to assist you.

What changes to your computer before the issue occurred?

Remove all unnecessary external devices connected to your computer, and then follow these steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Start your PC, and when you see the loading dots, press and hold the power button for 5-10 seconds to forcefully shut down.

Do this 2-3 times. This will enter you into the Windows Troubleshooting environment.

    1. On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.

After your device restarts, you'll see a list of options. Select option 5 from the list or press F5 for Safe Mode with Networking.

If this does not work, go back to the options, and follow the path below:

    Windows Troubleshooting

    Advanced > Startup Repair

Check if the system can repair itself.

    Windows Troubleshooting

Advanced > System Restore > Select a date before the issue.

    Windows Troubleshooting

Advanced > Uninstall Recently Installed Updates(if any)

    Windows Troubleshooting

Advanced > Reset This PC (Keep My Files)

Try all the options, and hopefully, you will be able to access your PC after this.

I hope this information is helpful. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any more questions. Thank you

Did you upgrade your PC from Windows 10 to Windows 11?

If you can access safe mode, please share your PC specification. On your search bar type 'about' and hit Enter.

Take a screenshot and attach it in your next reply. Please cover personal/sensitive information. Thank you.

Hi Lester, I ran into It again the same blue screen error

This time I'm not able to do system restore or get into system recovery environments when I do shift + restart It completely black screen at first I thought It was loading but It just stuck there

I recently had tried reinstall by using my USB flash drive to install windows 10 over but then the same blue screen strikes again (right after I click "next" button to start install windows 10)

Prior to this I had try reinstall by Reset This PC (keep my file) option but my PC got froze at 80% while It try to re-install Itself so It force shutdown// after that non of recovery tools in Troubleshooting are available and that why I'm now try to install windows 10 over but the machine just doesn't let me have It

Although the Safe Mode is working but It disconnect from the internet

Are there any steps I can take before my next attempt to install windows 10 over (the current bluescreen error is on Windows 11)

    Thanks you

Thanks for your reply. For further analysis, please check if your PC is creating any minidump files, which provide a potential cause of the issue.

Press Windows + E to open Windows File Explorer.

    Go to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files to your Desktop and compress them into a zip folder.

Upload the zip file to OneDrive and generate a share link.

Share the link to the zip file here.
