Make Encarta Dictionary Available For Download

Hi please,

I understand Encarta was discontinued because Google searches and Wiki became the thing, but the worst of it is that the Encarta Dictionary is unavailable too. I used it a lot on my Windows XP and am so handicapped now, as the Encarta package (with the dictionary) will not install on my Windows 11. Could you please make exclusively Encarta Dictionary available to the public for download? I've tried other dictionaries and none of them suit half as well.
