Hi,

I am using Windows 11 driver package for zbook firefly 14 g11 from https://hpia.hpcloud.hp.com/downloads/driverpackcatalog/HP_Driverpack_Matrix_x64.html and this package contains USB 3.20 Extensible Host Controller version 10.0.22621.608 (WinBuild.160101.0800), and I have a problem with usb ports. However, when I run windows update it installs this driver version 10.0.22621.3527 and it solves my problem.

My question is: Where can I download the driver version 10.0.22621.3527 from so that I can install it on my device without internet access?

    Hello, goral1990

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community!

Thank you for your feedback. I have read the information you have provided. You mentioned that you want to download the latest version of the driver package so that you can update the driver without internet connection.

You can download the driver package from this official HP website, you can look here to see if the driver package you want is available, if the file you want to download is not available here as well, then you may need to contact HP support for more help. The download link is below.

By providing a link to hpcloud I just wanted to give an indication of what package I use. I realize that the USB 3.20 Extensible Host Controller driver is from microsoft which is why this post on the microsoft community forum. Usually there is a download of some utility or chipset that contains the driver files for that version (for example .inf). The particular one I am looking for is unfortunately in the entire Windows 11 update ( 2024-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 (KB5037771) ). I've already made an attempt to unpack the entire update and started looking for the files responsible for installing the version that installs with it.

I do not want to install the whole update, but only fix the usb related error.

That original 10.0.22621.608 driver is from Microsoft, not from HP.

You can double check by read the release notes from the HP website you posted. It has all the individual drivers listed, something like this.

    https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp151501-152000/sp151925.html

The 10.0.22621.3527 driver is also from Microsoft, it gets updated when windows OS gets updated. There is no "download" file, it is part of the monthly OS update.
