Hello, JoaoLuizn
Welcome to the Microsoft Community.
Hello, I'm sorry to reply you now, when you need to update or reinstall the driver manually, the following methods may help you:
- Manually update the device driver:
In the search box on the taskbar, type “Device Manager” and select the “Device Manager” application.
In Device Manager, find the device you want to update (e.g., graphics card, sound card, printer, etc.) and right-click on it.
Select the “Automatically search for newer driver software” option to allow the system to search for and install the appropriate driver.
If the system is unable to find a new driver, or if you need to reinstall the driver, you can select “Browse your computer for driver software” and specify the location of the downloaded driver file, or select a driver from the list of drivers provided by the system.
- Use Windows Update:
Right-click the Start button, then click Device Manager.
On the Device Manager screen, right-click the unknown device and select the Uninstall Device option.
After uninstalling the device, restart your computer. After the computer restarts, Windows will automatically find and reinstall the latest updated driver software for this device.
- Check for Windows updates:
Go to Settings > Update and Security > select Windows Update in the left pane.
In the right pane, click View Optional Updates.
On the next screen, expand the Driver Updates entry, select the driver update you want to install, and click the Download and Install button.
Wait for the update to install on your computer
We hope that these methods have been helpful to you! If you have any further questions, please feel free to let us know.
Best regards
