Hi Golfcs126, My name is Ahmet, and I am an Independent Advisor. I hope you're well, I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue. I'd be more than happy to assist you.
Open "Device Manager" from the Start Menu:
Open the Start menu and search for "Device Manager". Alternatively, you can right-click the Start menu and select "Device Manager".
Find Audio Drivers:
In the Device Manager window, expand "Sound, video, and game controllers".
Uninstall Audio Driver:
Find your audio driver (for example, "Realtek High Definition Audio"). Right-click and select "Uninstall Driver".
Confirm Driver Uninstall:
Confirm the uninstallation and select "Yes" in the window that appears.
Restart the Computer:
After uninstalling the driver, restart your computer. This is necessary to prepare for the complete removal of the existing driver and the reinstallation process.
Install Drivers Automatically:
When your computer restarts, Windows will usually automatically find and install the appropriate drivers. Wait a few minutes and check to see if the drivers are installed automatically.
Manual Driver Installation (Optional):
If Windows did not install the drivers automatically or if you want to select the driver yourself:
In Device Manager, select "Scan for hardware changes" from the "Action" menu.
Expand "Sound, video and game controllers" again and right-click and select "Update Driver".
Then select the driver available on your computer or the one you downloaded and install it.
Let me know how it goes and hopefully it will help.
Have a wonderful day.
Yours sincerely,
Ahmet
