Hello,
I migrated Exchange 2010 Edge mail flow to 3rd party anti-spam.
Now I need to decomission Exchange 2010 Edge.
Is this correct procedure

or do I need to also remove edge subscription from mailbox server and than uninstall edge?

Remove the Edge Subscription, then uninstall the Edge Role from that server.

Just from the mailbox server in your scenario. After that removing Exchange from the Edge Server will clean up things on the Edge Server itself
