Hi, My name is Ahmet, and I am an Independent Advisor. I hope you're well, I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue. I'd be more than happy to assist you.

    1. Check File Permissions

There may be a problem with the permissions of the file you are trying to upload the image to. Make sure that you are the owner of the file and that you have the necessary permissions:

Right-click the file and select Properties.

Go to the Security tab and click the Edit button.

Select your username and make sure the required permissions are checked (read, write, etc).

    1. Check Internet Connection

There may be an interruption or slowness in your internet connection during the installation process:

Make sure that your Internet connection is stable.

    Try restarting the modem.

Connect to another internet network and try uploading.

    1. Troubleshoot Browser Problems

You may be having problems with temporary files or extensions in your browser:

Clear your browser's cache and cookies.

Make sure you have updated the browser.

Try again by disabling browser extensions.

    Try uploading using another browser.

    1. Check File Size and Format

The size or format of the file you are trying to upload may not be appropriate:

Make sure that the size of the file you are trying to upload does not exceed the maximum allowed size.

Try to upload in supported file formats (e.g. .jpg, .png).

    1. Check Antivirus or Firewall

Your antivirus software or firewall may be blocking the installation:

Temporarily disable your antivirus software and try the installation again.

Check firewall settings and allow the installation if necessary.

    1. Check for System Updates

Missing Windows updates can cause such problems:

Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.

Install the required updates and restart your computer.

Let me know how it goes and hopefully it will help.

    Have a wonderful day.

    Yours sincerely,

    Ahmet
