All browsers keep crashing shortly after opening

I'm on windows 10 and have been facing this issue for around a week now. I had three browsers on my device when this issue started, those being edge, chrome and opera gx. at first Opera which I use most of the time began to crash 15-20 seconds after opening. this issue would only end when I'd restart my laptop a couple of times. I resorted to using chrome but now chrome is having the same issue alongside edge too.

I've tried:

-restarting my pc

-reinstalling my browsers

-using command center to check for corrupted files

-creating a new user

-reinstalling my windows

as far as I know all three of the browsers I had were chromium based so I want to try and download a browser that isnt but even that requires me using a browser of some sort.
