Hi Welcome to Microsoft community. The error involving d3d11.dll suggests there's an issue with DirectX 11 on your system, which is causing the games to crash. Since you've already tried reinstalling NVIDIA drivers using DDU, running sfc /scannow, and verifying the integrity of game files through Steam, let's explore a few more steps to address the issue:

    1. Update DirectX:
      • Ensure that your DirectX is up to date. Windows 11 should automatically keep DirectX updated through Windows Update, but you can also manually check for updates in Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
    2. Reinstall DirectX:
      • Try manually reinstalling DirectX. You can download the DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer from the official Microsoft website, which can help update and fix DirectX components.
    3. Update or Reinstall Visual C++ Redistributables:
      • Some games and applications require specific versions of the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. Make sure you have the latest versions installed, as well as any specific versions required by the games you're trying to play.
    4. Check for Hardware Issues:
      • Faults with your graphics card or RAM could also cause these types of crashes. Run a memory test using Windows Memory Diagnostic or a third-party tool. For GPU tests, you can use software to stress test your graphics card and check for stability issues.
    5. Roll Back or Update GPU Drivers:
      • Although you've reinstalled NVIDIA drivers using DDU, consider either rolling back to a previous stable version if the issue started after an update, or trying a newer version if one is available.
    6. Adjust Graphics Settings:
      • Lowering the graphics settings in your games can reduce the load on your GPU and may help prevent crashes if the issue is caused by overheating or overloading the graphics card.
    7. Run Games in Compatibility Mode:
      • Right-click the game executable > Properties > Compatibility tab. Check "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and select an older version of Windows. This can help with issues related to game compatibility with Windows 11.
    8. Contact Game Support:
      • If the issue persists specifically with certain games, consider reaching out to the game developers' support teams for assistance. They might have encountered similar reports and could offer a solution or workaround.

If none of these steps resolves the issue, you may be dealing with a more complex problem that could require professional diagnostic tools or assistance.Let me know if you need further assistance.Best regardsDerrick Qian | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
