    Hi,

I am encountered the same issue.

My case is Samsung PC running windows 11 with Intel UHD Graphics 770 as graphic card adapter and I also connect from a Mac Sonoma 14.2.1.

After replace to graphic drive as serving intel vendor (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/products/219449/graphics/processor-graphics/intel-uhd-graphics-family/intel-uhd-graphics-770.html) , the problem was solved.

    Hi,

I encountered the same issue. Similarly to you, I have an HP PC running Windows 11, and I also connect from a Mac.

After upgrading the graphics card driver, the problem was resolved. You might try updating your graphics card driver as well.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your response.

Unfortunately, I have tried the methods mentioned above, but I still cannot resolve the issue.

I have attempted to restart my Windows, which allows me to log in remotely successfully, but the problem reoccurs after some time.
