Downloading any file type is not converting from .crswap to .zip in the end

Hi, I'm trying to download my files (any file format) to my laptop, but it's always showing two entries - one for .crswap and another for real file type (if it's a jpg then .jpg, and likewise if it's multiple jpgs, it's giving a .zip file).

But after the downloading is finished, if it's a single file download, the result is that .crswap and .jpg together combine and become the final original file in my drive.

But if it's a multiple-file download; ideally, it should be combined and become .zip file in the end, but it's not happening. The .crswap file has the original download size (in some cases only otherwise once download is finished, both file size remains 0) but since they have not packed into one complete .zip file, I can no longer access them.

This issue is happening in my work laptop but my own personal laptop has no such issue. I tried to split my single C drive into a D drive as well and downloaded those files in the D drive only (thinking that the C drive might have some issue).

Please tell the possible solution.

Does your work laptop have any "download manager" type of software installed?

Yes, but the website from where I download doesn't integrate the downloading with external download manager. It has inbuilt downloader which prompts to save the file directly on pc.
