Hi there,

I need help to reboot Windows 11. The examples on YouTube don’t seem to work for me.

I have an AMD Ryzen 9 7900 that crashed while rendering a project on Adobe Premier Pro. The screen went blank and now it keeps coming up with MSi click BIOS 5. The BIOS Build Date is 08/10/2023 and vers. Is E7E26AMS.130.

Under settings > advanced - the BIOS CSM/UEFI is set to UEFI.

In Settings > Security > Secure boot - Secure boot is enabled.

When I reboot the computer, Windows 11 doesn’t reboot. Can someone please help!?

Hello Ketih Scott and welcome to the Microsoft Community!

Based on your feedback, you are experiencing an issue with restarting Windows 11 with MSi click BIOS 5

    You can try the following:

Press and hold the F2 key: Press and hold the F2 key at boot time to enter the BIOS interface.

Then, use the arrow keys to navigate to the "Secure" menu, select the "SecureBootControl" option, and set it to "Disabled". "Reset BIOS Settings

Reset BIOS Settings: If your computer is set up for fastboot or if the BIOS is not set up properly, you may not be able to enter the BIOS properly.

You can remove the CMOS battery on the motherboard after powering off and wait for 3~5 minutes before putting it back on.

This will restore the BIOS settings to the factory defaults.

If the above methods do not solve your problem, for bios related settings, you can contact the manufacturer.

Manufacturers know more about bios settings than we do.

I hope the above information is helpful to you!
