You can try the following methods:
Try fixing the system
- Search for CMD, find Command Prompt, and select to run as administrator.
- Enter the following commands one by one, make sure to execute the next command only after the previous one is completed:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
SFC /Scannow
- After the scan is complete, you can check the scan information to see if any issues were detected and fixed.
Also, I would like to confirm your hard drive space usage.
Turn off Microsoft Defender
First, right-click on the Start menu - Settings or press WIN + I (capital i) to open it quickly.
Click on Privacy and Security, then choose Windows Security Center.
Second, open - Virus and Threat Protection under Protection Area.
Third, select Virus and Threat Protection Settings - Manage Settings.
Turn off real-time protection, cloud-delivered protection, automatic sample submission, tamper protection, and turn them all off.
