Hi Enrique. My name is Lester, and I am an Independent Advisor. I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue. I'd be more than happy to assist you.

If other troubleshooting steps, including a PC Reset, fail, a clean installation of the Windows operating system may be necessary. This is the most effective way to fix any underlying issues.

    Before proceeding, ensure you have:

An empty USB drive with at least 8GB of space and a working PC to download and create the Windows 10 installation media.

    Instructions:

    1. Visit the official Microsoft website: https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/win...
    2. Click on "Download tool Now."
    3. Run the downloaded tool and follow the on-screen instructions to create the bootable USB drive.

    On your affected PC:

    1. Start the PC with the Windows 10 USB flash drive.
    2. Press any key to continue.
    3. Click Next.
    4. Click Install Now.
    5. If you're reinstalling, choose "I don't have a product key".
    6. Setup will also prompt you to select the edition you have a license for Home or Pro. Choose the same edition you had a license for.
    7. Check the "I accept the license terms" option.
    8. Click Next.
    9. Select "Custom: Install Windows only (advanced)".
    10. Select the option to delete all existing partitions.
    11. Follow the screen prompts to complete.
