    Kayece here, An Independent advisor and a user just like you. I will be happy to assist you today.

    From what I understand, you wanted to display picture thumbnails on your Windows 10 instead of icons. Correct me if I am wrong. Try to check and update your Advance System properties.

    *On your taskbar search box, input Advanced system settings> Click View advanced system settings > Under Advanced tab > Performance > Click Settings > Check the Show thumbnails instead of icons > Click Apply and Ok > Restart your device.
