New ISP - now Internet won't connect to my PC, wifi or ethernet

Heya! Not even two or three days ago my family switched our ISP to Breezeline, and ever since that switch, my self-built PC refuses to connect to the internet in any way. Our phones connect swimmingly, but on my PC, for both wifi and ethernet, I get the same results that there's no internet connection.

I've tried to run diagnostics a few times and I've gotten that I'm only connected to a local network, and I've also gotten that there's an issue connecting to the DNS server. Ive also gotten an ERROR 651 when trying to manually "log in" to a broadband connection. I've disabled and re-enabled my ethernet drivers, reset my internet drivers, cleared my DNS cache, restarted my computer more times than I can count. I also changed TLS 1.2/1.3 to ULS 3.0/TLS 1.0, and that actually worked for me last night. Today though, I logged on and the connection was broken again.

EDIT: I'd also like to add I've restarted the modem/router a few times as well! I can always try again, but the issue seems to be my computer and not the modem.

I'm at a bit of a loss on what to do. I can't use my PC at all without internet connection. Any suggestions or help are greatly appreciated!! Thank you!! :)

    Hello BingusDoesTechnology,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community!

It seems that you’ve encountered an issue about Internet connection after changing your ISP. That can be annoying. I'd like to assist you. But I need more information from you with your cooperation and patience. Please share the screenshots and error messages with me. I have some advice for you:

    1. Run Network Reset. Go to Settings > Network & internet > Advanced network settings and click "Network reset".
    2. Run Network Troubleshoot. Go to System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters. and Run "Network and Internet".
    3. Since your phone can connect to the Internet without any problems, we can assume that there is no problem with your ISP dialing in router and modem. If your phone doesn't go through the dial-up method to access the Internet, then manually logging in using broadband with PC won't help.
    4. If you've used VPN, try reset your Proxy Settings.
    5. Could you please provide me with detailed screenshots or mobile photos of the Ethernet and Wi-Fi connections in the network settings, error messages in the browser, IP and DNS configurations in the network adapter?
    6. Reset network using CMD with administrator. ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /registerdns netsh int ip reset netsh winsock reset netsh winhttp reset proxy

I hope it can solve your problem. If not, please do not hesitate to provide more details, like screenshots and error messages to me. I will try my best to assist you.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation! I’m looking forward to hearing from you.

    Best Regards,

    Liam - MSFT

    Hello BingusDoesTechnology,

I don't know if you've solved your networking problem yet.

    1. But it didn't take effect when you ran the command above without Administrator privilege. Please run these commands again by pressing Win + X and clicking Terminal (Admin).
    2. By the way if we want to solve this problem, we have to control the variables. We should test the solution one by one. Please restore advanced settings in Internet Options.
    3. One more thing, please check if your computer's cable is connected to the modem or the router. You can also visit 192.168.1.1 on your browser to view the router or modem's management interface.

Feel free to upload more photos, happy to try and fix it for you!

    Best Regards,

    Liam - MSFT

ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageHi Liam!! Thanks for replying and for being willing to help out, I appreciate you!! :)

I tried all the methods you suggested and I'm sad to say they weren't successful yet. I haven't used a VPN so I didn't reset my Proxy. I included a LOT of photos (I'msorry for the amount, I'm also sorry if I didn't photograph what you need. I'm still pretty new to this stuff.)

Could this just be a bad or overloaded cable? We have another family computer in the house that's also connected via ethernet, and that one is connected to internet and works fine. The only piece of tech that doesn't want to cooperate is mine, womp womp :(

    Thank you!! I appreciate you!!

EDIT: Hey friend I'm so sorry to keep adding to this mess. I just discovered that my ACER Chromebook laptop is having the same issues as my computer with connecting to internet. I'll upload another photo of the error message I received, it's right beneath this text :) thanks!
