I understand you're having issues with your laptop keyboard. I'm here to help. Have you tried turning on the Fn lock in the MyASUS app?
If you haven't tried it yet, please open the MyASUS app. If you don't have it, please download it from the Microsoft Store.
> Click "Device Settings".
> Click the "Input Device Settings" tab.
> Choose "Normal Fn key" or "Lock Fn key".
If the issue persists, can you check the keyboard driver in Device Manager to see if there are any errors (indicated by a yellow triangle)? Whether or not you see any errors, can you capture a screenshot and attach it in your next response?
