Other user login screen when I start laptop.

Once I restart my laptop(hp pavilion cs 1000tx), I am getting this other user screen. Even my credentials are not working. I tried going restart+shift multiple times and checked in **safe mode ,**when I enter safe mode it still showing same other user screen. Tried using command prompt activating net use administrator. Still same result. Please anyone suggest how to resolve this issue

    Hi Ahmet,

    Yes I cannot log in with my any account. I have followed the same steps as you mentioned above. I am unable to switch user as you said above because I am not able to login at first. Please assist me here. Thanks

    Since you lost the Recovery and Key, you can contact the Store side.

    Hi Ahmet,

    I have lost my windows license key and recovery mobile number unfortunately. Is there any way I can still obtain my windows back genuinely even if I proceed with clean installation.

    Clean installation

    Since you already have Windows 10, you will not need to use any license key during the clean installation of Windows 10. You will need to install it again on another computer on USB. If you have any problems with activation, you can activate your system using your Windows 10 license key

    I would like to ask you a few questions to understand your problem in more detail, may I ask you to answer them?

    First of all, you cannot log in with your own account in any way, right?

    It's not a device that was built from scratch and you were able to log in before, but now you have this problem?

    As a suggestion, I will offer you a few things, did you disconnect from the network while doing the operations you tried?

    I suggest you to follow the step provided below to switch user.

    Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete key.

    Click on Switch User.

    And select your user account.

    Follow the steps provided below to remove Microsoft account.

    Press Windows + I key.

    Click on Accounts.

    In your accounts, at the bottom click on the account you want to remove.

    Then click on Remove button.
