Once I restart my laptop(hp pavilion cs 1000tx), I am getting this other user screen. Even my credentials are not working. I tried going restart+shift multiple times and checked in **safe mode ,**when I enter safe mode it still showing same other user screen. Tried using command prompt activating net use administrator. Still same result. Please anyone suggest how to resolve this issue

Clean installation
Since you already have Windows 10, you will not need to use any license key during the clean installation of Windows 10. You will need to install it again on another computer on USB. If you have any problems with activation, you can activate your system using your Windows 10 license key

I suggest you to follow the step provided below to switch user.
Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete key.
Click on Switch User.
And select your user account.
Follow the steps provided below to remove Microsoft account.
Press Windows + I key.
Click on Accounts.
In your accounts, at the bottom click on the account you want to remove.
Then click on Remove button.
