Hello! I am currently having the same issue again. I solved it last time by lowering the in game graphics, but that same solution is no longer working. I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this now as the other solutions haven't worked
Every time I try running Genshin Impact, it will open and will get all the way to the loading screen and then it will say "genshinimpact.exe is not responding". Any solutions?

2024-05-18T17:22:42+00:00 Hi, My name is Ahmet, and I am an Independent Advisor. I hope you're well, I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue. I'd be more than happy to assist you.
Check for Driver Updates:
Make sure all drivers (especially the video card driver) on your computer are up to date. Generally, up-to-date drivers for integrated graphics units such as Intel Iris Xe can improve game compatibility.
Verify Game Files:
There are options to verify game files from the launcher of Genshin Impact. Using this option, you can check if game files are missing or corrupt and repair them if necessary.
Lower Game Settings:
By lowering the game's graphics settings, you can improve performance and ensure stability. Especially on low-memory systems or integrated graphics units, it may be useful to choose lower graphics settings.
Close Applications Running in the Background:
Close other applications running in the background during gameplay. Some background applications can negatively affect game performance or cause conflicts.
Temporarily Disable Antivirus Programmes:
If you think your security software may be affecting the game, try temporarily disabling your antivirus programmes. This can sometimes help resolve the issue.
Update DirectX and Visual C++ Redistributable Packages:
Update or reinstall the DirectX and Visual C++ redistributable packages. This can help ensure that the required runtime components of the game are installed correctly.
Let me know how it goes and hopefully it will help.
Have a wonderful day.
Yours sincerely,
Ahmet
