Hello,
My PCI flash memory drivers are not working. I am using Windows 7 on an Acer Aspire 5310. I think it is the reason I cannot upgrade to Windows 10 as I get the error 0xC1900101 - 0x20017 and on this page https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/get-help-with-windows-upgrade-and-installation-errors-ea144c24-513d-a60e-40df-31ff78b3158a it says that a driver error causes it. Can you please help me fix this issue?

No, you can't upgrade it.
Microsoft no longer sells, 8, 8.1 or 10 and they don't come for free.
And Windows 11 is not free and is not suitable to run on earlier operating system's hardware.

All drivers come from either the Computer or particular hardware manufacturer.
