    So I can never upgrade my PC? Also I still want to fix the drivers.

    No, you can't upgrade it.

    Microsoft no longer sells, 8, 8.1 or 10 and they don't come for free.

    And Windows 11 is not free and is not suitable to run on earlier operating system's hardware.

    All drivers come from either the Computer or particular hardware manufacturer.
