We are getting the prompt before shutdown and the prompt

We are getting the prompt before shutdown and the prompt says that "if you shutdown now you and other people using this PC could lose unsaved work" despite we don't have any other user logged in to the device. kindly help if this prompt is just a standard notification or not.
