Windows 11 blue screening on a new system

Hi I'm Kimon,

I've recently built a new system and installed Windows 11 Education on it. I've had 3 bluescreens in as many weeks. First two was while playing a game (Cyberpunk) so I kinda disregarded them and chalked them up as being the game's fault, since it crashes a lot in any case, but Yesterday I had a blue screen while randomly browsing the internet. I tried opening the .dmp files with WinDbg but other than seeing during which process it crashed I could not make out much more. Is there anyone that could help out with reading and understanding the files for me? I have uploaded a zip of the three of them here: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/biqbim1rhzth89v60jio5/MiniDumps.zip?rlkey=ne3t1ktlzd3pr1vtt36ljl8n1&st=8c7xp53l&dl=0 I really appreciate any help I can get.

In that case, it is your RAM that is causing your PC to crash,, it will need to be replaced.

I ran 4 passes as you suggested and it did turn up some errors.

Link to picture of the memtest results: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/079odrnzsrvlxgn4c88e7/mem_test_results_1.jpg?rlkey=aqse25c7h9yae7y46dbswtmfu&st=00ojzvsc&dl=0

Does this mean the RAM is faulty?

Please do perform a full 4 pass scan with MemTest86 to see if that indicates any errors on your RAM

    Hi Dave,

thanks a lot for your help.

I ran the memtest for a single pass and it didn't find any errors. I can leave it running through the night if you think it's worth having it run for multiple passes.

Again, thanks a lot I really appreciate the help.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Your minidump files just indicate memory (RAM) corruption no specific driver is listed

The best option is to download the widely available free utility MemTest86, then run a full 4 pass scan with that to test your RAM for physical errors
