Hi Sorah. My name is Lester, and I am an Independent Advisor. I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue. I'd be more than happy to assist you.

What changes to your computer before the issue occurred?

    1. Try restarting Windows Explorer:

Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.

Under the "Processes" tab, scroll down and look for "Windows Explorer."

Right-click on it and select "Restart."

    1. Update the Mouse driver:

Right-click Start Menu > Select 'Device Manager.'

Click 'View' > Show hidden devices.

Expand 'Mice and other pointing devices.'

Right-click on your mouse driver > Click Update Driver

    Select 'Search automatically for drivers'

    Follow the screen-prompt

    Restart your PC, then check.

I hope this information is helpful. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any more questions. Thank you

I see, thanks for the information. Please try the following:

    1. Right-click on the Start Menu and select 'Device Manager.'

Click on 'View' and choose 'Show hidden devices.'

Expand 'Mice and other pointing devices' or 'Human Interface Devices.'

Right-click on your Mouse or Trackpad driver and select 'Uninstall device.'

Check 'Delete the driver software for this device.'

Select 'Uninstall' and confirm the uninstallation.

    Restart your PC.

Windows should automatically reinstall the driver

    Check if the issue persists.

    1. Go to your PC manufacturer's support website then download and install the Mouse or Trackpad driver available for your device.

If you need help finding it, what is the make and model of your device? Press Windows + R then type MSINFO32 then hit Enter: Thank you
