If Windows 10 21H2 works correctly on that processor, then version 22H2 will also work correctly on that processor, both those versions share the same underlying base code.

2024-05-05T10:58:27+00:00 At the moment, Windows 10 21H2, but Windows Defender does not work on it, so the decision was made to reinstall Windows to the latest version.

You can install Windows 10 on that XEON processor, but you may have difficulty getting drivers for the Intel chipset and Windows 10 may not be very responsive, what version of Windows is currently installed on your PC?
