I simply closed OneDrive in the taskbar to be updated and then relaunched OneDrive again to resolved the Error code 0x800701AA issue.

McKay, Leanne (DPS) 11 Reputation points2023-01-05T04:20:53.907+00:00 Replying to @Jon Straub - PST files are not share-able via OneDrive. If you store a PST file on OneDrive, treat it as an archive. You need to then make a copy of the PST file from OneDrive to a local (C: drive) non-OneDrive location where you can open it in Outlook desktop app. Each PST copy can only be used in one place at a time. OneDrive will not work for files open in direct access mode (sort of databases). It will not be in sync with your other computer.
Perhaps keep mails online in Outlook web, if you have the space/license to use, and want them to be available in different places?But if you want to continue this conversation, it is really a new issue so please consider opening a new question rather than being on the end of someone else's.
