Numpad only acting as arrow keys

Had this problem for a while now.

Happens with every keyboard plugged into PC.

Only part of numpad that works is the arrow keys, researched multiple fixes, (turning on and off numlock and mouse keys in ease of access) nothing has worked so far. :(

    Hi Rocheqlx,

I'm Christine, I'll be happy to assist you. Looks like your Numpad is acting as arrow keys. No worries, I'll do my best to help you.

If you don't mind me asking, is there any changes made on your device before you had this issue?

Please send the make and model of your device. (Please press Windows key + R and type msinfo32 and hit enter, look for system model)

Kindly check and follow the steps below:

    1. Please try to press FN+ Numlock key or FN+ arrow key

If it's working properly, please try to press FN+ESC to disable the Function Lock incase it's the root cause of the issue.

Please check if the issue persists.

    1. Please press Windows key + X and choose device manager

Look for Keyboard option and expand it.

Please uninstall the driver and restart your device, that should be reinstalled after the reboot.

Please let me know the result. I'll be happy to assist you all the way until it's resolved.

    Thank you,

    Christine L
