If you don't mind me asking, is there any changes made on your device before you had this issue?
Please send the make and model of your device. (Please press Windows key + R and type msinfo32 and hit enter, look for system model)
Kindly check and follow the steps below:
- Please try to press FN+ Numlock key or FN+ arrow key
If it's working properly, please try to press FN+ESC to disable the Function Lock incase it's the root cause of the issue.
Please check if the issue persists.
- Please press Windows key + X and choose device manager
Look for Keyboard option and expand it.
Please uninstall the driver and restart your device, that should be reinstalled after the reboot.
