How can I download Windows 10 Pro from the Microsoft Store to install on another PC?

My desktop PC hard drive crashed. I just purchased Windows 10 Pro for $99 on the Microsoft Store from my laptop. I don't see how to download the OS so I can install on the desktop PC. My only choice is to install onto the laptop from the Microsoft Store. I tried clicking the Install button and the app tried to install Windows 10 onto my Windows 11 laptop. How can I download my OS software to install on a desktop?

    Hello David#100000! My name is Undra and I am an independent advisor. To download Windows 10 Pro, go to the Microsoft website and follow the steps there to create installation media for the Windows 10 Pro download. Below is the link to that exact page where you can achieve this. once there, you will see some general instructions and a Download button for the creation tool. Click the plus sign next to the option for "Using the tool to create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file) to install Windows 10 on a different PC (click to show more or less information)" to follow the steps to create the installation media. You will need your license information as well as a USB flash drive to follow the process.

    I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

    It seems you have bought a wrong license key because the upgraded license is used only on devices currently running an activated copy of Windows 10 Home. If you’re not activated, it is recommended to activate Windows 10 Home first, then you can upgrade it to Windows 10 Pro.

    If you do not want to buy a Windows Home edition licesne to activate your Windows then upgrade it to Pro, you can ask for exchange or refund:

    Thanks for the information and the link. I was able to successfully create a Windows 10 Pro ISO on a flash drive.

    I purchased the product from the Microsoft Store which presented an "Upgrade to Windows 10/11 Pro" Install screen which I did not use. Instead, I went to the generic Microsoft download link. How do I get my license key to validate Windows?
