Hi, I am an Independent Advisor.

Let me help you with this issue.

I understand you need to know if you can buy OEM keys from the Keysfan website.

It is legal to buy an OEM license from any 3rd party website.

But the problem with buying a loose license is that there is no guarantee that it will stay activated.

You need to check on reviews about the Keysfan website.

See if they provide a warranty on their product and ask about their return and refund policy.

It is always recommended to buy directly from the Microsoft Store.

"Beware of Product Keys Sold Separately

With the exception of Product Key Cards (PKC’s) distributed with COA’s, Microsoft does not distribute products keys as standalone products. If you see a listing on an auction site, online classified ad, or other online page advertising product keys for sale, it’s a good indication that the keys are likely stolen or counterfeit. If you were to purchase and use a stolen or counterfeit product key to activate Windows installed on your PC, the key may not work for activation, may already be in use on another PC, or it might be blocked from use later by Microsoft when the key is reported stolen."

I cannot get inside the link, but it appears to be softwaresupply.net.

I am not quite sure if they sell legitimate Windows keys.

You can research it yourself, by googling softwaresupply.net reviews.

If they sell very cheap licenses, the possibility of it being counterfeit is very high.
