I've tried deleting the faulty network controller but when i install it again it gives the same error. are there any optional generic drivers i could install to grt the wifi working? I've tried going in safe mode but i dont know what I m supposed to do there. should i just reset the pc and install again windows 10/11 and the drivers? when troubleshooting for wifi issues it says that the cable might be missing or broken but checking for hardware changes and issues nothing comes up.

thank you for the support you're giving

I'll leave the documentation link to enter in safe mode, if necessary. I didn't find any device errors in the log.

Have you tried deleting the device to see if it installs with the correct driver?

Can you give me the warning message?

Hi, yuuugen. I'm sorry to hear you're having this problem, and I hope I can assist you to find a satisfactory solution.

    Which device is warning?

Can you send the windows logs?

To get the Windows Event logs:

In the Windows search bar, start typing: Event Viewer.

Click Event Viewer Application in the search results pane.

In Event Viewer, expand "Windows Logs" (in the left pane).

Right-click Application and click Save All Events As.

In the Save As dialog, ensure that the file type is set to Event Files (*.evt).

Name the log file "Application" and click Save.

Repeat steps 5 through 7 to get the System and Security logs.

Upload these logs to some drive(onedrive, google drive, dropbox or another) and send me a download link so I can review it.
