Hello there, I'm Gopal an Independent Advisor. I will try my best to help you.

Most HP laptops come pre-installed with HP Support Assistant. This program helps you manage drivers and software for your HP device.

Open HP Support Assistant (it might be located in your taskbar or Start menu).

Search for "HP Audio Control" or "Audio Drivers."

Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the latest version of HP Audio Control.

If you can't find HP Support Assistant or prefer a manual download, you can get the driver directly from HP's website: https://support.hp.com/us-en

If you have difficulty locating that support page, please provide the exact Model No. of your HP system which will be printed on a sticker on the bottom casing.

    Regards,

    Gopal
