Last time I got this problem i did everything and even I reset all settings and it didn't work until I changed back my windows to windows 10. Now I can't change windows because of important data I have in my system. I tried everything that I can find in the internet.

Changing browser

Cleaning cache

Changing the internet source

Turning off the firewall

Tried different devices on the same internet

I tried all cmd guides that is in Microsoft comunity

My windows and drivers are up to date

Please help. It's so important. Windows 11 shouldnt have this basic problems.

If it was 10 days ago after successfully upgrading to Windows 11, downgrading back to Windows 10 will require you to perform a Clean Install of Windows 10 and remove your already installed applications.

Please let me know if you have tried the methods below.

**Press Start then search ""Internet Options"

    Select the "Advanced" Tab

Scroll down the list until you see "Use SSL/TLS"

Unselect SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0 and 1.1

Select TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3 (if available)

    Click Apply then OK

    Restart your computer

    **Turn off Proxy

Open Internet options > Connections > Lan settings

    Turn off "Automatically detect settings"

    Restart your computer

If it is already Turned off, please put a checkmark in "Automatically detect settings"

    Restart your computer

    **Change your network DNS

    Open Control Panel

Select Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center

    Click Change adapter settings

    a. To change the settings for an Ethernet connection, right-click the Ethernet interface and select Properties

    b. To change the settings for a wireless connection, right-click the Wi-Fi interface and select Properties

Under Networking tab, double click TCP/IPv4

Select Use the following DNS server addresses. If there are any IP addresses listed in the Preferred DNS server or Alternate DNS server, write them down for future reference.

Replace those addresses with the IP addresses below

    Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8 and/or 8.8.4.4

    Click Ok

    Restart your computer

    **Reset Network Settings

Press Windows key+ I to open Settings

Select Network & Internet > Advanced network settings

Under the "More settings", click Network reset

    Click Reset now then Yes

    Restart your computer

Kindly let me know if this helps or if you have any further concerns.

    Kind regards,

    John DeV

Sir thank you so much! I hope you have a wonderful rest of you're day.

I tried the second option you gave me. When I opened internet option> connections>Lan settings, I saw that a proxy is set on my internet and I unchecked that. It seems to work for now I hope it don't brake 😂. Please promote this guide because I tried everything for my problem that is avalible on the internet and This one was the only one that worked. I even went to copilot.

Thank for the respons. This problem started from I think one week ago. I don't have any Antivirus and I tried mobile Hotspot. I had a V2ray vpn which I removed. And other than some adb and smartphone drivers that I installed, I don't think I installed any other program that may cause This problem. If it wasn't for some of my programs that force me to buy license again if I reinstall windows, I would change my windows. Is there a way to downgrade to windows 10 or reset windows without removing my programs?

Hi, good day! I'm John Dev a Windows user like you and I'll be happy to assist you today. I know this has been difficult for you, Rest assured, I'm going to do my best to help you.

When was the last time it worked properly?

If you have a third-party VPN or Antivirus installed, please try to temporarily uninstall it then check if the issue persists.

Please try to connect to another network such as your phone's mobile hotspot.

Kindly let me know if this helps or if you have any further concerns.

    Kind regards,
