Can I install windows on a tablet that has android? If so, what are the risks?

So I need to know if Windows OS is supported on a device that runs by default, on Android.
I need to say that the tablet has enough memory, RAM, and a somewhat good of a processor (128GB,8GB, MediaTek Helio G88 2.0GHz).
The root of my issue is that I am using a signature software for signing documents that does not work on Android and I have to carry the laptop basically in a working site.
Can I run some sort of emulator / OS that can give me access to the laptop's files and recognize any kind of software that Windows does?

Thank you for your time and I wish you all the best!

You cannot. The processor does not support Windows.

Best option I’ve found is to run something like a remote computer and a cloud PC from Microsoft.
