Tabtip.exe displayed in full mode out of the box on Windows 10

Hi,

I'm working with the virtual Keyboard TabTip.exe on Windows 10.

After the installation of Windows 10 , the keyboard always appears by default in full mode out of the box :

Is there a way to change at startup ( using registry ?...) the keyboard layout to be displayed not out of the box.

Note : I already tried to find out which register was modified when changing layout (out of the box -> not out of the box) using procmon, without success.

    Hi ,

In this case you would have to create a Windows image and use the copyprofile function.

However, a complicated configuration to do.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi ,

    Thanks for your reply .

    I didn't make it clear:

I would like a way to automatically configure this layout after installing windows 10, without any user action.

    I am only interested with Tabtip.exe , not OSK.exe .

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi ,

I am Ivan, I will help you with this.

Well, it already has this automatic function, when it closes, the user's last preference for the virtual keyboard is recorded.

Initially open the on commando prompt and run the command: Sfc /scannow and wait for the process to finish and restart the computer.

After the process finishes, test again, just select the input method and close and open again.

Alternative solution is to use OSK.exe in the search bar.

    Hope this helps.
