I believe you can only do that with the correct drivers and compatible graphics.

    What graphics do you have.

Open dxdiag.exe and post a screenshot of the Display tab.

That is not a "feature" that you turn on or off, DX12 Ultimate refers to DX12_2, if your Graphics card does Not supports 12_2 it will not be shown as enabled, 12_2.... not the same as 12_1 and so on. if your Graphics cards does indeed supports 12_2, then try reinstalling the drivers and resetting the options...

Hi, Jakob. I'm Robinson, and I’m happy to help you today.

The Directx 12 depends on your graphics card model. Please provide some more information about your computer to help identify if your computer has support for DirectX 12. Are you using a laptop or a desktop? Which is the full model of your computer/laptop or motherboard?

Also, attach a screenshot of the System Information Page:

1-Right-click on Start then click on Run

2-Type: msinfo32 and click on Ok

And a screenshot of the version of the driver installed:

1-Right-click on Start then click on Device Manager

2-Click to expand the Display adapters

3-Right-click on the graphics driver and click on properties

4-Take a screenshot of the General and Driver tab

You can see at this link how to include a screenshot in your post.
