When did the issue start? are there any recent changes made on the computer before the issue started?
Kindly install latest update on your windows computer to install latest updates and driver.
- Press the Windows key + I on your keyboard
- On the left-hand side panel, click on Windows Updates
- Click on check for Updates and wait for the process to complete
- Click on Install updates
Restart the computer and check again
If the same issue persists, kindly try and manually update the graphics driver of your windows computer
Go to your manufacturer's website
- Open run-box by pressing windows key + R, type msinfo32 and hit enter.
- Look for your System Model and System Manufacturer, take note of them.
- Go to your manufacturer's website and search for your driver using the information that you noted.
- Download and install the driver, restart your computer and check if the issue still persists.
