How to enable Tamper Protection on Windows Server?

Hi all,

Is it possible to enable Tamper Protection on Windows servers? I've navigated to where the option is supposed to be in Windows settings to turn it on as described here but I can't see it. I can see the option on my Windows 10 machine, however.

I've tried to turn it on by adding the registry key 'TamperProtection' in "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Features" but I get an error message which reads "Cannot create value: Error writing to the registry".

I tried to edit the Permissions for 'Features' by giving the Administrators group full control but when I click OK I get a Windows Security message which reads:
Unable to save permission changes on Features.
Access is denied.

Can anyone confirm if this is a feature on Windows servers, and if so how do I turn it on?

Thanks
