Hi, My display (usually 16:9) is now squashed into 4:3 as of this morning. My display resolution is set at 1920x1080. It's a new-ish PC running Windows 11, with AMD Radeon Graphics. Any ideas what to try in order to reset to the right ratio please? Thanks

Most likely a Windows update caused a slight incompatibility with the drivers, I am glad that worked for you!

Brilliant, thanks Dave - that's done the trick :) Just out of interest - what's likely to have caused the problem? A Windows update clash or something?

Yes, that is correct, if you have the installer downloaded, you can safely uninstall the previous drivers and then install the version of drivers you downloaded.

Thanks very much - I'm using a PC with external monitor - AMD Ryzen 5700U 32GB DDR4+512GB SSD, with an ‎AMD Radeon RX Vega 8 graphics card. I've downloaded the AMD Software Adrenalin Edition - am I ok to uninstall the graphics driver via device manager & then re-install this?

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

The best option is to go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and re-install (Not update) the graphics drivers they provide.

If that does not solve the problem, are you using a laptop or PC with external monitor?
