    Hi, K0MB,

I followed your instructions. Changed Log on to Admin account: same error.

    All dependent services are started.

This problem only started after KB5039211 update. Maybe Asus needs to update this service?

    I found this: AiSuite3 / Armory create not working - "Temporary FIX" - Cant open AsIO3.sys failed with error code 5 : r/ASUS (reddit.com)

Other users are saying the temporary solution is uninstall the update. (This worked for me too, but is not the solution)

Waiting for ASUS and Microsoft to solve this problem.

    Thanks for the help.

OK, no problem! So much the better if this solution has worked for now.

In the meantime, you can directly write a comment about this to Microsoft in the Feedback hub so that they can correct this error in the next update.

All you have to do is open the Feedback Hub on the Windows desktop by pressing the Windows + F keys.

Hello Carlos, sorry about your problems. My name is Marco and I will do my best to help you.

Here are the steps to troubleshoot this:

Open the Services console by pressing Windows key + R, typing "services.msc" and pressing Enter.

Find the ASUS Com Service, right-click on it and select Properties.

In the Properties window, click the Log On tab.

Make sure the "This Account" option is selected and enter the username and password for an account with administrator privileges.

    Click Apply, then OK.

Restart your computer and check if the service starts successfully.

If that doesn't work, try the following:

    Open the Services console again.

Find the ASUS Com Service, right-click and select Properties.

    Click the Dependencies tab.

Ensure all dependent services are started.

    Restart your computer.
