If SFC doesn't works, try these steps:

    1. Search for 'windows powershell' using Cortana or Windows Search.
    2. From results, choose Windows PowerShell and select Run as administrator.
    3. Then type/paste following and press Enter key:

    Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth

    1. Let the command complete, restart your system then.

Let us know if this helps!

    1. Boot into safe mode (shift + restart) > run sfc /scannow > post images or share links displaying any error messages or codes
    2. Boot normally with internet access > open administrative command prompt > copy and paste:

    dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth

    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

    sfc /scannow

Post images or share links displaying any error messages or codes

You need to put sfc / before you put scannow, and if the PowerShell or Terminal, hasn't been opened as an administrator, you need to do that before you do any of these commands.

    Hello,

After updating windows 11 24h2, I sometimes can't click on the screen. I found one method suggested that I should do a scannow in cmd. However, I think there is a problem. I tried to follow many instructions on the internet but still doesn't work. I also follow yours. However, it shows like the attached picture. What should I do next, pls?
